Once we have your DNA Vault in our hands, if you have registered your serial numbers with us, we can contact you to return your Vault to you.

By completing this form, we are also able to contact you to notify you of any updates to the software contained on the digital memory of your DNA Vault. We may also contact you to notify your of other product accessories or updates. However, we promise not to spam you or send endless emails. That’s not good customer service, in our book.
