Richard A. Brownell

GENiSYSS founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Richard Brownell invented the GENiSYSS product, and is the company’s visionary. Brownell recently retired from an extensive aerospace career spanning 40 years with the Air Force and aerospace companies McDonnell Douglas, Boeing, and United Launch Alliance.

Brownell has SAP experience and a Master Black Belt in 6-Sigma Philosophy. During his aerospace career, Brownell worked on the International Space Station, Delta Rocket, Minuteman and Peacekeeper weapon systems, and Strategic Arms Limitation Talks (SALT).

He has an in-depth understanding of all aspects of Quality assurance, as well as the fundamental principles supporting defense, technology, and safety. Brownell has started several businesses, and co-founded the Aerospace Museum at Vandenberg Air Force Base. His experience provides valuable leadership, business, and people skills.

William R. Anderson

Co-founder, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chairman of the Board, Bill Anderson has spent 50 years in engineering, sales and marketing, and executive management. He served as Vice President of Engineering, VP of Sales & Marketing, COO, President, and CEO of Applied Magnetics Corporation (AMC), a Santa Barbara-based international manufacturer of components for the computer peripheral industry.

During his 30-year tenure, the company grew from 140 to over 10,000 employees with revenue growth from less than $50 million to over $250 million per year.

Anderson retired in 1994, founding a consulting company, “International Business Expansion”, that continues to serve both startup and established businesses.

In early 1996, he co-founded Catalytic Solutions, Inc. (CSI), a developer and manufacturer of advanced catalyst products for vehicle and energy applications, serving as the company’s CEO and Chairman. Anderson retired from CSI at the end of 2004, as the company was beginning preparations for its IPO. With a degree in physics from UCSB, he brings knowledge and experience in all aspects of launching and growing a business, internationally.

Mitchell B. Frey

Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Mitchell Frey has worked as a consultant with over 40 start-ups, hi tech manufacturers, research labs, and companies covering a wide range of projects including design, research, product development, manufacturing support, and building custom test equipment.

Mitch has designed a range of products including electronic control systems for 3 generations of the Mars Rover program, Space Shuttle, Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer, Military manned and un-manned Aircraft, Missiles, armored personnel transports, as well as commercial Cochlear Implants, Surgical drill and saw systems, e-beam and sputtering control systems, etc. His expertise includes general business, product development and manufacturing.

Dr. Robert Neidich

Early investor and a Director, Dr. Robert Neidich is a founder and a principal owner of The Endoscopy Center of West Central Ohio, Inc. in Lima, Ohio. Dr. Neidich graduated Magna cum laude in chemical engineering in 1985 and then received his medical degree, with highest honors” from the University of Cincinnati in 1989. He completed his internal medicine internship and residency at Vanderbilt University. He then completed his gastroenterology fellowship training at Washington University Medical Center, which included a third year of training in advanced therapeutic procedures. He is board certified in Gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Ronald Ferguson

Systems Engineer (SE), Ronald Ferguson has more than 35 years of experience in aerospace, working on the research, development, and testing of computers, signal processors, ship and aircraft weapons systems, avionics, armored vehicle control systems, automotive electronics, launch vehicle guidance systems, and ground support equipment.

He has worked for companies such as Hughes Aircraft, General Motors, Delco Electronics, The Boeing Company, and United Launch Alliance. With degrees in Engineering, an MBA, and post graduate work in Computer Science, Astrophysics, and Cryptography, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company.
